Shared spaces are the kitchen, living room, garage and yard. Laundry is in the garage and there is a small shed in the backyard for storage. Other room can be used for storage and/or office. About me: working professional who is dog-friendly. I work 9-5pm, hybrid (office is set up in the living room) and I have a small dog who is well trained and about 20 pounds.
