Bedroom needed for my son

Opis

My son Just finished CRAS in Phoenix last year followed by 3 months internship in L.A. as an [REDACTED] sound gigs all over Phoenix so his schedule is not not traditional. He also Doordashes in between gigs so he can save more. He likes to hustle, grind and REST. He's had a few roommates over the last 2 years with AirBnBs and have had great experiences with the exception of the short time in TX where his roommate's friends would party and he struggled getting rest for work. He relocated back to Phoenix where he has a better network and friends of our family. He's not into much of the party scene especially since he's around concerts all the time. But doesn't mind if a roommate has an occasional party. He's looking for a male roommate close to his age, but it doesn't bother him - any age is fine as long as they are respectful. He's hoping to have his own place by the end of the year but right now he's been back in the area 10 days now and he's tired of sleeping in his car in between AirBnBs availabilities. When he does gigs for concerts, he usually doesn't get home until very late / early but otherwise he tries to get up by 10AM. Looking forward to finding a for him.
