Hi, my name is Preston and I’m looking for a roommate. I’ve lived at the 2775 Mesa Verde apartments for the past 3 years. The room is ready for move-in. I currently have a 12 month lease that expires in December. So, this would be a lease take over for the remainder of the year. I’m an architecture student studying for my master’s degree at Woodbury University. I’m 28 years old. I prefer a clean apartment and I’m usually busy at school so it remains quiet.
