Private bedroom + en-suite bathroom on the second floor of a three-story townhouse on Campbell Ave & 20th St. The bedroom gets great natural light and has enough room for a bed and a dresser comfortably. I can furnish it if you need, or leave it empty whatever works. The home is three stories, well-maintained, and in a quiet building. You'd be sharing the kitchen, living area, and laundry with me - the owner. I'm a working professional in my 40s, pretty low-key. I'm home most evenings. Common areas stay clean and I'd expect the same. All utilities included: WiFi, Water, Trash, Recycling, Electrical The community features a pool and hot tub + bbq area. Plenty of space for parking.
