Average size room in Pasadena

(Room will be empty when moving in) I'm going to be straight up honest, floors are scratched up hard wood, tub drains slow, and garage has a pipe that drips. We have central heating and air conditioning, fast internet speeds, washer and dryer, and a private backyard. Like I said its not the best but for around 550 a month per person (all bills included) it's one of the better options out there.
