- 20 second walk to Northeastern stop (green line)
- 7 min walk to Ruggles stop (Orange Line)
- Area: Fenway/Mission Hill
- Safe, college neighborhood
- 1 min to Northeastern, 5 min to WIT, 7 min to Emmanuel, 13 min to Simmons
