Looking for roommate!!

Hi! I am looking for somebody to replace me as a roommate for my roommate who is 19 female. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, but the bedrooms are a great size and the shared space of the kitchen and living room is lovely as well. There is also a back patio, perfect for enjoying fresh air or if u smoke u can just go right on out! Newly renovated when we moved in. Also includes washer and dryer in the apartment(huge!).The area is very kid friendly, and neighbors are super sweet and kind. I’ve had no issues with neighbors or anything like that. Was looking for April 1st, but if you are very interested and want to move in sooner I can definitely do that!(I am also willing to help on first months rent as needed) The lease ends on Aug 24th.
