Renting out an unfurnished room in Eastlake, Chula Vista on the first floor of a beautiful 5 bedroom home that has its own full, private bathroom. Also comes with its own entrance. Its in the very nice suburb of Eastlake (Near mall, grocery stores, and bus stops). Has own parking in front of the house, along with access to community pools/Jacuzzi. Has 4 really laid back roommates (3 men 1 woman, LGBTQ Friendly) that work/keep to themselves, but aren't afraid to socialize. We split bills evenly among us, which totals between $100 - $180 per month depending on the time of year. Move In Fee = Refundable Security Deposit at $850 Looking for a 6 month + commitment
