Beautiful room available for rent on 5 acres located in south Richmond! 10-15 min drive to everything Richmond has to offer. This room is apart of a beautiful old farmhouse on 5 acres of land. Filled with beautiful trees, a chicken coop, & a ton of space to do all types of activities (garden, woodwork, build things, play outside, do yoga, whatever you can think of!!) About me (the roommate): I am a 34-year old woman. I work remotely in tech for the govt. I am very laidback and easy to get along with. I have an office in Glen Allen that I go to sometimes to work. I am in & out of the house throughout the week doing different activities, hanging with friends, going on dates, etc. I have dogs, so you must be ok with that. They are very friendly and loving toward people. Big snuggle bugs. I like to enjoy my city and community - I go [REDACTED] music, try new restaurants, try out new coffee shops and bakeries, explore the outdoors, hike trails and take my dogs on adventures. I’m just looking for [REDACTED] with, like myself. I am totally ok leaving someone alone as much as they like or hanging out as much as they like. Would be great to be friends but not necessary. I like to watch a show/movie in the living room in my downtime. Just looking for a harmonious living environment with someone who is looking for the same - keep common spaces clean and respect this house. Do your dishes, don’t leave stuff all over the place, and we’re all good. There is a washer and dryer in the house. There is 1 bathroom that is shared between the 2 bedrooms. It has an awesome soaker tub and great water pressure. The photos of the yard are from the bedroom you’d be renting. It’s a beautiful view of the land. There’s also a huge porch out front to sit and relax on and visit with whomever you please. Utilities that would be split would be water, electricity, trash, and internet. There is also extra storage in the back if you need to store anything.
