Hey KC — I’m Luke and I’m looking for a roommate starting April .

I live in a fully furnished 3-story Spanish-style villa above Kansas City Art Institute, walking distance to the Plaza and close to UMKC. It’s a great central location but still quiet.

Cost:
Rent is $
Utilities typically run $ depending on season
So roughly $ total per month.

The space:
This isn’t a basic apartment layout.

Street-level entry into a laundry room (there’s also an elliptical there).
Large bathroom with two shower heads and a big soaking tub.
Separate game/movie room with a deep couch and an -inch TV.
Spiral stairs up to an open Spanish tile living room and kitchen.
Third floor has the two bedrooms with a shared bathroom in between.

Both bedrooms have two closets. You’d have the option of:
• The room with a large patio
• Or the room with a smaller private balcony

Bedroom furniture is included, so you don’t need to bring a bed.

I do have two cats. The landlord doesn’t allow additional pets.

About me:
I’m in my s, finishing my MBA at UMKC [REDACTED] pretty quietly and keep the place clean. Not a party house. Looking for someone stable, respectful, and easy to share space with.

Move-in date is April 1.
