26yo F with 2 dogs near Joel blvd

I’m looking for someone to move into the second room. The house is fairly small and we would be sharing a bathroom but it’s new construction, on a quiet street, and you’re welcome to decorate however you wish (aside from painting and putting holes in the walls). My last roommate moved out a couple months ago and took most of the living area furniture with her so it will be a collaborative effort to decorate and make the house our own, unless you’re up for waiting until I have the finances to do it all on my own. I have 2 of the sweetest German Shepherds whom are 7 and 2 and they stay outside in a fenced in area when I’m not home. I’m a chiropractic assistant and a veteran and when I’m not working I love to cook, bake, do crafts, and spend time with my critters, my boyfriend, and my family. My boyfriend comes over a few nights a week but we stay quiet and he is also in school and working so he isn’t ever there when I’m not. I smoke outside and I don’t mind if you smoke or drink as long as you keep it respectful. I’m looking to move someone in soon so please lmk if you have any questions and I’d be happy to answer!
