ba lease takeover shared living

Hey hey! I am looking for a roommate to take over my current roommate’s lease.

About the place:
The apartment is bath dual master (yours would be slightly bigger with a dual sink) with a massive balcony, luxury amenities ( hot tubs, luxury gym, rock wall, game room, lake, etc), garage parking spot, in unit laundry, walk in closet, quiet atmosphere and fully furnished or we can get rid of the room’s furniture. I would be happy to send pics of the room to whoever is interested, I have uploaded pics of the common areas.

Cost:
The base without utilities + maid is about $/mo.

Dates:
The move in date is flexible, but April th is preferred. The lease ends March .

About me:
I am a project manager and work from home ~2 days a week. In my free time I like staying active (skiing, running, volleyball, pickleball, pilates, gym), being outdoors, going to events, cooking new recipes, trying new restaurants, meeting new people and spending time alone with a good book or making art! Looking for a respectful and responsible roommate who is clean and caring towards others.

About Ollie:
I have a cat named Ollie who is 9 years old and loves people. He is obsessed with my current roommate so I am looking for someone who would love him just as much as she does. He’s playful, silly, cuddly, and easy.
