Wifi internet included, EDF/GDF shared. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with great full-sized bathtub. Great light all day from an east to southeast view. Hardwood floors. Great heating in winter time as each room has its own radiator. Great transport (Metro, RER, Bus, Taxi) just steps away at the train station. Walking distance to Opera, Madeleine, Concorde, the Tuileries, Montmartre, Parc Monceau, and the Grands Boulevards. This room has maximum privacy as it is right near the entrance and right next to the bathroom. I am an American who spends as much as half my time abroad in Stockholm, so you would often have the place to yourself. This is the equivalent of a studio with a full sized kitchen and bath, with an occasional flat mate... Good for a graduate student or professional new to Paris... All you need to bring is your tooth brush.
