I'm Alexander! I am re-signing a lease at my current place and I am looking for two more roommates. Preferably two girls, but I would be open to guys moving in as well. This would be a "master tenant + roommates" structure my landlords have given me permission for based on their trust in me! Here's an album of the apartment with a few videos at the end:
Each of the two rooms available are quite different, but both are ~$ + utilities. A few more details:
- Flexible on time staying, can sign for a month lease
- Free street parking, though not on the street immediately outside of the apartment
- Laundry machine in basement that uses quarters, $ wash and $ dry
- Less than minute walk to Logan Square blue line, and minutes to California blue line
- LGBTQ friendly and guest friendly
- Landlords are very helpful in fixing issues
- I am flexible on the time moving in for the month of March! Will prioritize those who would like to move in earlier in the month
- Landlord will screen the people I choose. Background checks and credit checks ( or above, this can be waived if you are willing to pay lease upfront)
- Landlord does not allow pets unfortunately
- Utilities are gas, electric, and Wi-Fi
- Written sublease/roommate agreement between you and I
