My roommate(M) are looking for a roommate to fill in a room in our bath apartment in Pacific Beach. Our apartment is a little over a mile from the beach and about a half mile from Mission Bay. The apartment has an attached garage, laundry in unit and dishwasher. No pets is preferable. We both work in office during the week so we like to keep it quite passed about 9pm on weekdays but do not mind an occasional house party or night out on the weekends.
