Hi, I’m searching for a roommate for the second bedroom in my beautiful -bath apartment in Goleta (a 5-minute drive / -minute bike ride from UCSB and Goleta Beach), starting March 1st (potentially open to move in a little later, till the end of March). The apartment and the room are fully furnished, bright, clean, and spacious, with a small patio and garden. The apartment is part of a beautiful, luxurious complex with swimming pools, jacuzzis, an exercise room, a jogging trail, laundry rooms, and … A lot of free parking is also available in the complex.
