Roommate West Village uptown

Currently living in a 2BR at Riviera West Village in Dallas Texas. Wanting to find someone professional, in their mid twenties to early thirties sign a lease with (your name would also be on the lease). Lease is one of the cheapest in the areas, on the Katy Trail in West Village and on the trolley route (if you’re from Dallas you can see Hudson House from the balcony). I’m in my late twenties, work from home, travel out of town a lot weekends/month. Enjoy running the trail, a good happy hour, pickleball, half marathon training, finding new things to do in Dallas. Very quiet, respectful, not up late. Message me if you think you could be a good fit. Lease starts March twenty but could be flexible on a move in date before or after that as I’m already in the unit. Most of the stuff in the unit will be taken out when the roommate moves so I have stuff in storage to move in or we can discuss what works best moving in things you have
