Two spacious bedrooms apartment

I Just moved from Fort Worth to Tyler
I rented an apartment, one bedroom, I got a nice two bedroom apartment, I would like to rent the extra bedroom, it's nice, super clean, the place is really nice and quiet, plenty of room for two people, everything included, once I get roommate I will install Internet and cable service, I don't need any at this point because I share Data from my phone service with laptop.
Just be decent and honest.
I'm a laid back Man, I work and very physically active.
