I have one room for rent in a 2-bedroom unit within short walking distance from Tempe Town Lake, Mill Ave, and ASU. Rent is $pm + bills which are roughly $ per person during the winter and $ during the summer.

The room is fairly big and can easily fit a queen bed, a large dresser and a bookcase, plus it has a large cupboard. The furnishings in the bedroom photo can be purchased if need be. It also gets a bit of direct sun early in the morning. There's an additional storage unit and a coin laundry in the building.

I'm a -year old PhD student who's into running, climbing, and reading. I like to keep the space clean and peaceful and I'm ideally looking for someone who feels the same. All ages, genders, and orientations are welcome.

There is a possibility for pets. The room is available March 1st with a possibility to move in earlier.
