Need a room/can add to a yard

Opis

I like privacy, keep quiet most of the time. I love to cook and clean. I tattoo for a living. When I play guitar/upright bass it's low volume and only times when acceptable to others. No alcohol nor drugs, cigarettes outside. What others do isn't my business nor offensive. I have outdoor furniture (couch, chairs coffee table), smoker and grill, midcentury bedroom, living room, and dining future that can come with or go to storage. I have my son every other weekend and we're mostly on the go including out of town to visit family (we're all prior or active military). He's , cooks, and cleans with me. We like movies, chess, soccer...
