Hey I’m Ari I WILL have 2 rooms available (that’s the plan at least) in April 👍. I don’t own this place i’m just hoping to renew my lease with some new roommates :). I split the cost between the rooms so the smaller room is $/ month plus utilities and the bigger one is $/ month plus utilities (water, electric, and internet) but once i find roommates we can always work something different out. The rooms share one bathroom. Small dogs are ok but no cats, sorry idk ask the owner. I don’t have pics yet bc i still have roommates in the apartment but I will soon. Smoking outside only pls.
