sublease for bth townhouse

Opis

looking for a subleaser for my 2 story townhouse condo, it's right next to where chick fil a and canes are so it's pretty close to campus ( min walk). it has an upstairs balcony and down stairs porch, as well as in unit washer and dryer. $ a month with parking included, you only pay for electricity and wifi. i'm looking to move out around april, dates are flexible. my lease ends july but you can extend it.
