Hello,

I just moved to Gainesville for a new job and I’m looking for a roommate.

I live in an upgraded BT apt. with in-unit laundry at Aqua at Windmeadows. I'm a research faculty at UF, so I spend most of my time working or playing sports, and I travel most of the weekends.

I’m a non‑smoker with no pets, and I’m hoping to ideally find a roommate who also doesn’t smoke indoors or have pets.

I signed a yearly lease ending in Dec ‘, and all the bills would be split (including utilities), making it a fairly affordable option. Bellow is the property and the unit layout (Lagoon).

Please let me know if you or anyone you know is interested, and I'll be more than happy to provide more information and pictures. The only requirement would be filling out the application and getting approved since I'm the only leaseholder, and there is no deposit required. Thank you!
