Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a bath all women’s apartment. I’m relocating, so I’m hoping to fill the room by March 1st (latest April 1st). The lease runs through August st, with the option to renew directly with the landlord if desired. About the household:
We’re a culturally diverse home (Afro-Latina, Haitian, Ethiopian) and really value a warm, respectful, and social atmosphere.
The Room:
The room is the second largest in the apartment and very spacious. It can comfortably fit: • Queen size bed • Two dressers • Vanity • Desk • Additional storage if needed Location:
Located in Roxbury (right on the Roxbury/Dorchester line) on a quiet residential street with mostly families and retirees. • Close to multiple bus line, very close to Ruggles and Nubian station. • Near grocery stores and shops • Walking distance to Roxbury YMCA We also have a sweet kitten in the house, her name is Praline 🐾❤️.(photos)She is curious and playful.
