Hey All! Looking for an awesome roommate to rent 1 bedroom in our beautiful bath apartment in WeHo, aka The Disco Den 🪩✌🏽

Lease:
Starting March 1st, lease is currently month-to-month. Signing a new lease for a -month term. (Flexible Move-in)

Rent:
Rent is $ a month + utilities (bimonthly) + Internet $ a month. Sharing a full bathroom/shower with one roommate, and share another half-bath.

About the Space:
It’s a bath, located on the top floor (penthouse) with balcony, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, full length dance mirror, and complete with rotating disco ball! Lots of communal storage space. Central A/C and heating. Rooftop access with plenty of seating and lounge chairs.

The Neighborhood:
Right off Fountain and La Brea walkable to Sunset, Santa Monica Ave, Plummer Park, multiple grocery stores, Target, gyms, restaurants, and more! Area is quite walkable for LA!

Parking:
2 tandem parking spots included in a gated garage, plus there are extra guest parking spots that can be used if those are full.

Roommates:
You will be living with two women in our late-s. A pro dancer and stylist, and a pro actor skater. The vibe of the house is chill, communicative, supportive, and we love a good yap sesh. We enjoy our own space but like to hang out in the common space as well, watching shows or movies, crafting together, hosting, etc. -friendly.

Looking for a friendly, chill, compromising woman or non-binary person, who cleans up after themselves and is an open communicator. No pets. We would also LOVE to room with someone who has a passion for the arts - whatever form that may be (dancing, acting, music, whatever!). We have careers in the arts and love being able to encourage each other to help meet our goals. 🫶🏽
