Hi! Looking for someone to take over my lease in my east Nashville home.

Available now!



Price: $/ month + utilities, which are usually $. February is paid for so you'd get the remainder of the month at no cost.



Lease ends on May , with an option to renew.



The bedroom is on the bottom floor; along with your own bathroom as well as the parking garage.



Kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor.



Then my two roommates have the master and the other bedroom on the 3rd floor.



One of my roomates are staying in the home and



she is very respectful and clean and has 1 cat. The other roommate is also respectful and clean. Both roommates work and are very friendly and easy to get along with.
