Beautiful Cambridgeport Room for April 1st move in!
Unfortunately the time has come for me to move out from our lovely home, leaving my two roommates with the task of choosing the next person :)) They are two female in their s professionals (an architect and a researcher), and looking for someone friendly and clean to join our fully furnished three-bedroom apartment in Cambridgeport.
The room has a bed and mattress, and I will be selling the rest of the furnuture for a reduced price (desk, chair, shelves, dresser).
Female only, no smokers and no pets (due to allergies).
Preferably we are looking for someone to take over the whole lease (until September ), with possibility of renewal (open for shorter terms as well).
Rent is $ per month (utilities not included ranges between $ in the summer – $ in the winter).
This is a well-kept, historic apartment with tall ceilings, tons of natural light (and plants), and gorgeous crown molding that make this place unique and cozy. The apartment is on a quiet street located 2 blocks off of the Charles River, just a -minute walk to Central.
We have a dishwasher in the kitchen and coin laundry in the basement.
A Trader Joe’s and a Whole Foods are both a 5-minute walking distance.
There is plenty of street parking (w/ resident permit) and the apartment maintains a visitor pass for guest parking.
You’d be a great fit if you’re kind, clean, and considerate—and enjoy the occasional roommate hang. We’re all pretty busy with our own private lives, but we’ve built a cozy, family-like home, and we’d love someone who’ll help keep that vibe going.
