Great residential neighborhood, blocks from the old town bar/restaurant scene, 5 minutes from the lakefront and beach 5 blocks from the brown line, 2 blocks from the and other bus routes. Currently 2 roommates with 1 room available. I'm a straight male in my s. Two bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, laundry onsite. Have a lb terrier mix dog, he's friendly but energetic. I've lived in this house for years now, I love the neighborhood and the price for the place. The room is available to be moved in any time February.
The place is furnished but the room is not. The pictures of the room are from the previous roommates setup. The room with the pole in the middle is not the bedroom that’s a separate room.
