I'm Doug. I've got a single bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom available. Asking deposit. It's partially furnished (bed covered!) but if you'd rather it be unfurnished we can talk about that.

Very close to downtown, within walking distance of groceries if you're an urbanist that can handle fifteen minutes of the Greenbelt. Plenty of parking on and on the street.

I'm covering utilities, but we'll otherwise split power, which comes out to about /mo after the split.
