I live in The Hawthorne Apartments inside Mill Creek Town Center and I’m looking for someone to move in ASAP.

You will have your own bedroom and your own private full bath, seperated from mine with the common area in-between for extra privacy. Includes access to gym, pool, hot tub, fireplace, grills, walking trails.

4 min walk to LA Fitness, restaurants, bars and shops. 8 min walk to Town and Country grocery store. Blue/orange bus stop 5
min walk, free street parking (there’s a lot), or buy a reserved or covered parking. App won’t let me share pricing here but I can get exact pricing for you :)

I have no rules, the place will equally be yours to do with as you’d like. It is however a no-smoking community with quiet hours after ten PM
