You would have your own room and bathroom, the room fits a queen size bed, a small desk, and also has closet. Also you get to share living room and kitchen. You would be covering Rent, a deposit and one third of the utilities (electricity and internet)
Located in San Jose, by the Santa Clara Fair Grounds. Few minutes from Vietnamese American service center, access to Highways, nearby shops. The complex has laundry room, gym, swimming pool. It’s a quiet neighborhood.
