Month to month Lease

Hello, I’m looking for someone who is clean and responsible who I can rent one of my rooms to starting first week of March . It is a month to month lease that will have everything in writing. The community is very quiet, all of the local stores and food spots near by. It is a four bedroom house. I travel for work so I’m barely home through out the week. Utilities & WiFi is included. Set a time to come and see the place.
