Private Room for Rent

Opis

This is a master sized bedroom, with a large closet and private bathroom. I recently renovated my house so everything is new. The kitchen area is shared, however if someone wanted to have a small fridge or a microwave in their living space I am not opposed. There is an additional freezer out in the garage. This is a house with a fenced in backyard. I have 2 dogs and would prefer someone who didn’t have pets. The shared area has some workout items and laundry is onsite. Parking is on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood. There are nearby parks and trails.
Rent includes utilities. Available March .
