I’m looking for someone to sublease for 6 months. I currently live with a roommate & we both have separate rooms & bathrooms with shared space being the kitchen & living room. However, my roommate works in the medical field & is rarely home so you’ll have more space for yourself. This place comes with a lot of amenities such as gym, pool, washer & dryer inside the apartment etc… Rent will be $ a month. Apartment is located in Irving, close to downtown & UTD.
