I have a baths, mine is . I only shower in the full bath and take everything with me in there. (Like College) $. total, I take up the whole rest of the apt. so I pay the other half of the rent plus, I pay for a monthly cleaning service, the gas, electricity & WiFi. The small bedroom is furnished, but can also be emptied for you. +I have to insist on someone who would rather not be hot. ..as opposed to someone who is always freezing. I hate being cold, but I can't even function if I'm too hot. I'm a very young . I only have a few simple 'rules.' ..requests? References? Text: lease is one year, at least. I have a medium size dog, , Bruno who is blind.🩵 pets: OK.
*Coin laundry is right outside our back door.. Yard is fenced. You can hear Wrigley field concerts on our patio!
