Spare bedroom & bathroom available soon in Issaquah Highlands. The move‑in date is flexible — preferably anytime between February and March, but this is negotiable — and the current lease runs through mid-June. The common areas are fully furnished, so you’d just need furniture for your bedroom.

The base rent for your half is posted, there’s optional parking for a small additional fee, an HOA fee we’d split, and utilities we'd split.

I have two very needy cats — they’re fully my responsibility, but they will absolutely seek your attention, so being cat‑friendly is a must. No additional pets would be allowed.

A bit about me: I do Rover, so I’m out of the house a lot. I love puzzles, wine, experimenting with cocktails, photography, exploring new restaurants & bars, and the occasional hike.
