Hi all, looking for a new roommate to join our flat!

About the room:
The room is the only bedroom on the top floor, so you’d have the whole floor to yourself aside from a shared work-from-home office. It’s pretty large - was able to fit a bed, clothing rack, bookshelf, bedside table and dresser comfortably.

About the house:
The house is located near Dufferin and Dundas, has a large backyard, a basement and laundry room. The shared spaces are fully furnished and kitchen fully equipped by the existing housemates.

About the group:
Other housemates are three y/o male young professionals, who are friends from university. Love to have a drink on the weekends, but keep the place clean and tame during the week.

Ideal roommate:
Someone similarly minded who would get along and enjoy the group environment at the house.
