This is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. You must be to live here. I have lived here years and had two previous roommates years and 8 years respectively, so I am easy to get along with LOL . I am now looking for only one roommate. The bedroom has a walk in closet and a bathroom right outside the door. The second room is spacious and has a private entrance and exit and can be used for tv room or office etc. There is also a small covered patio area and a side yard you can use to BBQ, raise plants, etc. (with my approval). Both rooms have brand new flooring and paint. Parking is in my covered driveway. There is a full freezer for your use with shared refrigerator. I have Direct tv and free Wifi for you too.
