Three-story townhouse located in a quiet corner of West Chester and merely a ten minute walk into town. 3 bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths. Large living room with full kitchen and outdoor porch. In-unit washer and dryer. Plenty of street parking nearby.

Utilities are separate and are around sixty dollars a month on average.

Furniture is NOT included in the room.

Move-in date is the first of April, but the property management company wants applications in ASAP.
