Looking to rent a private room with mini kitchen (microwave/airfryer) and full bathroom included. It’s detached from the main home and completely independent with its own entrance. Utilities and WiFi are included. There is no washer/dryer unfortunately but there are laundromats very close by, and if necessary we could discuss the use of the laundry in the main house as well! This room is located in downtown Kissimmee close to many things. Single person preferably as it is a small yet cozy space. No animals or smoking of any sort are permitted on the property!
