Unit is located on S Johnson St on the top floor of the building so no need to worry about loud upstairs neighbors. There is a bus stop right outside and campus is about a min walk away. Free parking is available on the street or in the back parking lot for a fee. The building also has a washer and dryer that can be used but costs money. Rent is $/month + electricity which is usually around $ per person per month. The unit is shared with one female and one male who are both sophomores. One of the bathrooms would be shared with a female, so female subtenants are preferred. The lease ends .
