Tenant for short term lease

Opis

Looking for quiet tenant that is respectful to property and other people. Room is only for short lease month to month and will come with bed, night stand, and refrigerator accommodations inside the room. This is basic accommodations which will be fridge in room. The other tenant will have his or her own room but shared bath. Hoping to find someone that will be a great fit and can respectful. The room is very cheap since I’m providing just basics accommodations
