We are a married couple with a young child and have been living in Germany for several years. One of us is permanently employed as a Manager at Mazda Motor Europe, while the other works as a self-employed professional.

We are looking for a quiet, long-term housing solution and are very interested in your apartment, as it fits our family situation very well. We are non-smokers, sporty, calm, and place great importance on respectful cohabitation and taking good care of the apartment.

All required documents are available (SCHUFA credit report, proof of income, employment contract or proof of self-employment, and a certificate confirming no rental debt) and can be provided at any time.

We would be very happy to be invited for a viewing.
