The room is single occupancy only and the rent is month-to-month ($) with utilities included. A security deposit ($) is required (total move-in cost $). Rent includes monthly maid cleaning service. There is ample street parking in front of house - parking is not an issue. Also included: Central heating and AC, high speed internet, basic television, reverse osmosis water filtration system in kitchen, and water softener system.

No smoking indoors (including vape and ). No dogs or cats but other pets may be permitted on a case-by-case basis.
