Affordable Montclair Sublet

I am still looking for someone to sublease the apartment. The rent is $. A little bit about the place, it is a house shared with 3 other girls that are students. The roommates are all very sweet and helpful. It has 2 floors and 2 bathrooms. The room I am selling is on the 2 floor. The kitchen, bathroom and living room is shared with everyone. The apartment comes with 2 parking spots and to get 2 street parking permits for the street the house is on, but the 2 permits would be split 4 ways so everyone is for parking. So you would need to get a parking pass, but it is spilt so it’s $/ Month.

Also for the apartment you need to pay a secured $ is how much the deposit was, it’s listed on our lease. WIFI and heat and gas are split with roommates, Water is included. Most things are gonna be split 4 ways with the other girls which is nice financially. It’s a safe location right by downtown Montclair (walking distance).
