If furnished not needed then rent can be negotiated. Cleanliness is mandatory we have 2 top of the line robots to sweep and mop everyday for everyone to use and many cleaning ladies available for per room. We have pets so no pets please. healthy living lifestyle please and only immediate friends and family allowed at home we have a cámara at entrance.
