We have two furnished bedrooms available in a calm, welcoming house located in a very relaxed and homey neighborhood.

• Room 1: Smaller room with a smaller closet (this is the more affordable option)
• Room 2: Larger room with more space and a bigger closet. The room listed is the bigger room.

Both rooms are fully furnished, each has two windows (can be bright or cozy depending on your preference), and both are very close to the shared bathroom.

About the area:
The neighborhood is super chill, quiet, and relaxing — perfect if you value peace and comfort. There’s a lake within walking distance, great for walks and decompressing. The house has plenty of parking, and the area feels safe and residential.
