Budget flexible, all depends on the quality of the living situation, what’s included and so on. I’m socially awkward, no drugs , rarely drink, prefer female roommates tho, only for compatibility reasons, recently divorced so after living with a female for years transitioning to living with a bunch of guys just doesn’t appeal to me.
