My name is Nick, I’m years old. I live in a quiet, townhouse community a minute away from the town green of Southington. I’m a very neat and clean person. I am currently a landscaper, but I’m looking for another career path. In my free time I like to workout, watch tv, read and refurbish old furniture. My last roommate just moved out recently after a few years, so I’m looking for someone else to take her place. My neighbors pretty much keep to themselves, it’s a pretty quiet complex which is nice.

Property comes with a full kitchen, dining and living area with a finished basement and a washer and dryer and a back deck. Even though I park my car in the garage it’s obviously available for storage.
