* It is a single family home in a quiet neighborhood by nd Ave and Seminole Blvd. You will be renting 1 bedroom in the house with your own private (newly remodeled) bathroom.
* All utilities and amenities are included. (Electricity, wifi, trash, water, fenced in backyard, parking space in driveway, dishwasher, washer, dryer)

* My ideal roommate would be a female professional or college student looking for a year lease (negotiable). Someone with no pets (I have a chiweenie that isn’t social with other animals).

* A little about me - I’m , a full time teacher, and keep to myself. I’m not a drinker or into partying. I love the beach, disc golf, and playing with my dog.
